Everything else was right in my config, I even used DDU, reset everything to default, etc. I was able to reproduce the issue with another friend, who has a 1080ti. WebV-Sync acts like a helper to G-Sync while G-Sync is engaged. Once you reach the monitor's refresh rate cap G-Sync disengages and then true V-Sync kicks in. True V-Sync adds input lag. That's why you only want it on at the same time as G-Sync, hence the cap below refresh rate cap. Never go over the limit so G-Sync never disengages.
